Recently I’ve been paying a lot of attention to my sleeping habits and how this is affecting my performance in medical school. I must admit that I haven’t translated any of my observations to practical actions. But I think it’s about time to change my lifestyle to improve my performance. This is a good guide to the classic adage “early to bed, early to rise, keeps a man healthy, wealthy and wise” (or something like that).
